About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative/Operations Coordinator to join our team at Vector Security and Vector Security Networks. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Service Appointments: Coordinate with customers to schedule service appointments in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal overtime and optimal routing.
  • Utilize Software: Leverage our software to select the most suitable technician and document any necessary travel requirements.
  • Ensure Service Levels: Verify that necessary parts are available to maintain high service levels and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage Technician Schedules: Coordinate and manage technician schedules throughout the day to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Engage with customers via phone, resolve issues, and provide technical expertise to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Office Setting Customer Service Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Superior Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide top-notch customer service, resolving issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Minimum 2 Years of Tier 1 Tech Support Experience: Previous experience in technical support, with a strong understanding of technical issues and resolution.
  • Above Average Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers, with the ability to type at least 35 wpm with high accuracy while speaking with customers.
  • Ability to Navigate Multiple Systems: Skilled in navigating multiple systems while speaking with customers, with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Superior Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and adaptability.

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in the security industry, with a strong understanding of security systems and technologies.
