Job Title: Director Business Development Healthcare

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a strong track record of driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with clients in the Healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of business growth strategies for Healthcare clients, leveraging industry expertise and market knowledge to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, including brand and corporate directors, to identify new business opportunities and drive client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and consulting partners, to develop and execute business development plans that align with client needs and goals.
  • Develop and manage budgets, estimates, and proposals for client engagements, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation.
Qualifications:
  • 13+ years of combined experience in account management and business development in the Healthcare industry.
  • 10+ years of leadership experience, managing teams of client services professionals and driving business growth.
  • Proven track record of driving client new business and revenue growth.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, estimating, and proposal development.
  • Deep understanding of Experience Transformation and its application in the Healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility and trust with clients and internal stakeholders.
