Director of Business Development

Infinity Healthcare Consulting is a visionary innovator in the healthcare industry, specializing in long-term care. We work with skilled rehabilitation centers, assisted living, and independent housing across the nation, putting people at the heart of our brand.

About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Director of Business Development to drive business and lead marketing and admissions strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a clinical background or strong clinical knowledge, as well as sales and marketing expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to increase existing relationships with hospitals, physician practices, specialty services, and managed care providers.
  • Manage and convert fast-paced referrals using clinical grids.
  • Design and develop strategic plans for assigned regions.
  • Conduct 1:1 contacts with potential referral sources and develop positive relationships.
  • Utilize educational opportunities to present the hospital to referral sources.
  • Identify, contact, and manage potential referral sources.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Minimum two (2) years of former healthcare sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Formal sales training preferred.
  • An Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, healthcare administration, nursing, or another related field is preferred.
