Regional Sales Director

This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, and building relationships with distributors and senior executives. As a Regional Sales Leader, you will drive business growth, uncover new opportunities, and develop effective route-to-market strategies.
- Identify and leverage new opportunities within existing and potential market routes.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, focusing on win-win approaches.
- Utilize market insights to propose innovative routes to market and calculate real cash flow projections.
- Develop channel strategies based on shopper behavior to define key points for channel development and customer engagement.
- Explore and grow new business opportunities, including our brands and private labels, while collaborating with specialized teams.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG sector, with a background in B2B sales, key account management, trade marketing, or business development.
- Deep understanding of distribution channels and market dynamics, with the ability to propose and implement effective route-to-market strategies.
- Demonstrated success working with distributors, particularly in regions such as Atlanta, Virginia, and North Carolina.
- Experience in selling to and influencing senior executives, with a track record of managing complex sales processes and utilizing data for strategic decision-making.
