Senior User Support Specialist

At CONTACT GOVERNMENT SERVICES, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Support Specialist to join our team in supporting a wide-ranging technical support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Setup, monitor, train, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with web conferencing tools including but not limited to: Skype for Business, WebEx, Team Meeting, and Adobe Connect.
  • Provide technical support to users, including troubleshooting audio/video issues and resolving technical issues.
  • Train over 100 users in all aspects of web conferencing tools.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in training users in web conferencing tools.
  • Certified trainer in web conferencing, Adobe Connect, Skype for Business, and WebEx.
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
