About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Support Specialist to join our IT department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support for Yardi Software, resolving complex issues, and ensuring optimal system and end-user performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical guidance and development support regarding Yardi Voyager software functionality.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Yardi with other systems and applications.
  • Develop and maintain documentation as needed, including standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.
  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and support staff on Yardi functionalities and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and Yardi updates to provide proactive recommendations.
Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support Specialist with a focus on Yardi.
  • In-depth knowledge of Yardi Voyager and related modules.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues.
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for less knowledgeable end-users.
