Business Development Representative

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team in Orange County. As our first business development hire in California, this person will play a critical role in establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects across Orange County and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a Category of One experience to prospects by owning the full sales cycle for assigned territories.
- Generate leads through various methods, including online research, networking, industry events, and leveraging existing contacts.
- Build relationships with prospects, industry professionals, and other stakeholders to foster business growth.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of our service and product offerings.
- Develop and deliver presentations to prospects that communicate our value proposition and how it aligns with their business needs.
- Manage the pipeline in our CRM, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Qualifications & Experience
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to grow a territory from the ground up.

- Proactive, hands-on sales leader who can roll up their sleeves and get the job done.

- Committed to developing and maintaining effective internal and external working relationships with all levels of the organization.
- Legally able to work in the United States of America.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience selling technology solutions to C-suite/Business Owners.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- An Undergraduate degree or diploma, with a preference for Sales and Marketing specialization.
- A valid driver's license.
- A valid passport and ability to travel internationally.
- A clean driving record and ability to produce a driver's abstract and claims history letter.
