We are a well-established agency seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial lines insurance coverages and be familiar with all coverage lines with both admitted and non-admitted carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large, established book of business with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
  • Process new and renewal submissions, reviewing insurance contracts for inaccuracies and ensuring seamless policy implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to enhance client relationships and business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Active P&C license and a minimum of 5 years of account management experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in various software programs.
  • Hold a professional designation, such as CIC or CPCU, or have comparable job experience.
