Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist

Insurance is essential for everyone, yet it can often be confusing. When clients seek assistance with their insurance policies, they desire a supportive, trustworthy, and informative experience. This is where your expertise will shine. You will serve as a knowledgeable guide for our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of insurance while also finding ways to save them money.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily team meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
  • Engage in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your customer service abilities.
  • Handle incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
  • Suggest additional products to address any coverage gaps.
  • Meet with your supervisor as needed to discuss any topics of interest.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to engage with customers.
  • Able to manage a high volume of incoming calls.
  • Capable of addressing inquiries and providing solutions by assisting clients with their questions or concerns, setting clear expectations, and completing necessary follow-up tasks.
  • Skilled in recommending appropriate coverages and policies by gathering customer information and assessing their needs.
  • Aim to meet personal and team sales goals and call handling metrics.
