Remote Insurance Customer Support Specialist
Insurance is essential for everyone, yet it can often be confusing. When clients seek assistance with their insurance policies, they desire a supportive, trustworthy, and informative experience. Daily Responsibilities:
- Participating in daily team meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Engaging in ongoing training and mentorship to enhance your service capabilities.
- Handling incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries effectively.
- Identifying and recommending additional products to address coverage gaps.
