Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large, established book of business, ensuring accurate and timely processing of insurance contracts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of insurance products and services.
  • Review and analyze insurance contracts for inaccuracies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process endorsements, placement requests, and invoicing in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and deliver certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews to clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews of policy coverage and endorsements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Apply problem-solving techniques to resolve issues related to cancellations, claims, renewal issues, audits, receivables, and carrier issues.

Requirements:

  • Active Property and Casualty (P&C) license.
  • At least 2 years of account management experience in the insurance industry.
  • Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new software programs.
