Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist
Insurance is essential for everyone, yet it can often be confusing. When clients seek assistance with their insurance needs, they desire a supportive, trustworthy, and informative experience. In this role, you will guide customers through the complexities of insurance while helping them save money.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Participating in team huddles to ensure alignment and collaboration.
- Engaging in ongoing training and coaching to enhance service skills.
- Handling incoming calls and resolving customer inquiries.
- Identifying and recommending additional products to address policy gaps.
- Meeting with management as necessary to discuss various topics.
