Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Full-time BDC Consultant for our sales division. This role is essential in ensuring effective follow-up with clients after their vehicle inquiries, managing incoming calls, and coordinating sales appointments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries through various channels including email and text.
  • Conduct follow-ups and reschedule appointments for clients who did not show up.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by following up post-visit.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer needs effectively.
  • Aim to achieve sales and appointment targets.
