We are in search of a motivated and skilled Refrigeration Service Sales Consultant. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in refrigeration systems and sales, coupled with a dedication to delivering outstanding customer service. This position entails recognizing and pursuing sales prospects, fostering relationships with clients, and offering expert guidance on refrigeration solutions customized to their specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the refrigeration service sector.
- Seek out and establish new multi-year preventative maintenance agreements.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct site evaluations to assess client needs and recommend suitable refrigeration solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to clients, highlighting the advantages of our offerings.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create tailored refrigeration solutions that align with client specifications.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients to ensure profitable sales outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
- Provide continuous support and assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in HVAC or refrigeration sales preferred.
- Demonstrated success in HVAC or refrigeration sales.
- In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to effectively present and clarify technical information to clients.
- Self-driven with a strong desire to meet sales objectives.
- Outstanding negotiation and closing skills.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
