About the Role

Skiltrek is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence across the USA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the IT and other industry staffing sectors.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry knowledge, networks, and cold calling techniques.
  • Build a robust pipeline of prospective clients through lead generation activities, including attending industry events, conferences, and leveraging online platforms.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the company.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and hiring managers within client organizations.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by identifying additional staffing opportunities and cross-selling relevant services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the company.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development and sales within the IT staffing industry.
  • Proven track record of signing new clients and generating Sales and Business Revenue.
  • Strong understanding of the IT and non-IT staffing market, including current trends, technologies, and industry players.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

This is a full-time role with a salary + commission structure. The ideal candidate will be based in the USA and will have the ability to work remotely. The job type is a fixed 8-hour shift, and the experience required is 3+ years of business development in staffing.
