Business Development Associate

At Venture Metals INC., we are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, conducting market research, and securing meetings with potential clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic. Experience with sales outreach and CRM software is a plus. The successful candidate will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate internal and external communications
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the commercial team to prospect and provide new leads to the team
- Assist with marketing duties as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Keen attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
- Experience with CRM software and sales outreach
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
