Position Overview

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Beverage Support Specialist to enhance our operations at KeyBank Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth functioning of our beverage services by managing inventory, delivering drinks, and providing outstanding service to guests and team members alike. This position is ideal for individuals looking for a dynamic work environment that offers opportunities for growth and recognition for their contributions.

Compensation

Please be aware that this role is a tipped position; the hourly minimum pay mentioned does not account for potential tips.

$15.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

Distribute beverages and other products throughout the venue. Maintain inventory levels by stocking beverage storage. Notify supervisors of any required repairs. Ensure cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment. Manage waste disposal and transport trash as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Proficient in reading and interpreting delivery documents and purchase orders. Basic math skills for inventory management. Capability to follow established procedures and instructions from supervisors.

Physical Requirements

Capacity to lift, move, or handle up to 165 pounds. Ability to maneuver heavy carts of stock. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift. Exposure to outdoor conditions and varying temperatures, including extremes. Potential exposure to fumes from delivery vehicles and equipment.
