Position Overview

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a part-time Beverage Support Staff member to enhance our operations at a prominent venue. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth functioning of beverage services by managing inventory, delivering drinks, and offering exceptional service to guests and colleagues alike. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are eager to develop their skills while being recognized for their contributions.

Compensation

Please be aware that this role includes tips, and the listed hourly wage does not account for any additional earnings from gratuities.

$15.00 / hour

Key Responsibilities

Distribute beverages and other items throughout the venue. Replenish stock in beverage storage and maintain inventory levels. Notify supervisors of any required repairs. Keep the work area and equipment organized and clean. Dispose of waste and transport it to designated areas as necessary.

Required Qualifications

Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Ability to collaborate well with team members. Proficiency in reading and understanding delivery documents and purchase orders. Basic mathematical skills for inventory management. Ability to adhere to job protocols and follow supervisor directives.

Physical Requirements

Capacity to lift, move, or handle up to 165 pounds. Ability to maneuver heavy carts of supplies. Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift. Exposure to outdoor conditions and varying temperatures, including extremes. Exposure to fumes from delivery vehicles and equipment.
