Job Title: Regional Sales Manager - Equipment

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial compressor industry
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in team management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
