Sales Director

Wilmot Modular is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the North Carolina region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our customer base.
- Qualify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging relationships with existing customers and identifying new prospects.
- Effectively communicate Wilmot Modular's value proposition to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends using Salesforce (CRM) application.
- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales management experience in the leasing business, logistics, or construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees, senior leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-driven sales performance.
- Valid driver's license and occasional overnight travel required.
