Salesperson Job Description

As a Salesperson at Clark Beverage Group, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers, and optimizing product placement within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell and execute all products to customers
  • Maintain and grow customer relationships between our company and serviced businesses
  • Develop excellent communication skills to discuss existing and new products with the public
  • Sell in displays, racks, or other selling points to increase product visibility
  • Persuasively communicate new/existing product offerings and optimal product placement to customers
  • Conduct yourself in a professional manner, adhering to company code of ethics
  • Arrive on time to discuss daily tasks and communicate effectively with drivers, merchandisers, and sales support representatives
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude when interacting with employees and customers
  • Motivate team members/employees to complete tasks efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of equipment applications and everyday sales support duties
  • Valid Driver's License with an excellent driving history (Motor Vehicle Report will be reviewed)
  • 21 years or older
  • Pass an extensive background and drug screening process
  • Ability to perform physical lifting, push/pulling, frequent standing/walking
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • May require working weekends due to projects or timelines

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $65,000-$75,000, based on industry standards and location.
