About the Position
The Retail Sales Planner is a critical member of our team, responsible for supporting National Account Managers with promotional planning and budget analysis, as well as assisting with the development of presentations for key initiatives. With an estimated salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, based on location and experience, this position offers a competitive compensation package and opportunities for career growth and development.

Job Overview
This position serves as the primary point of contact for planning and forecasting, working closely with Field Teams, Retail Operations, Sales Development, and Brand Marketing teams to understand Brand strategy and provide retail input into the development and execution of store-level brand retail programs. You will also assist National Account Managers with development of presentations for key initiatives and support them with promotional planning and budget analysis.

Responsibilities
* Act as a key point of information exchange between Field Sales Teams and ANPD Headquarters (tracking requests, competitive information, retail selling tools, etc.)
* Support National Account Managers with promotional planning and budget analysis
* Assist National Account Managers with development of presentations for key initiatives
* Primary point of contact for planning and forecasting
* Representation for customer's e-commerce division

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
* Proven experience in sales planning and execution, preferably in the healthcare industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
