Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to lead a group of Customer Sales Representatives (CSRs) within an assigned geography. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management, with a proven track record of achieving assigned sales goals.
The Account Growth Manager will be responsible for driving sales volume and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned CSR, providing feedback and coaching, establishing and maintaining regular communication with retail partners, and ensuring a safe and clean environment for all CSRs and warehouse associates.
In this role, you will also oversee the recruitment and training of top talent, conduct new hire orientation and training, and participate in hiring process of direct report positions. You will work collaboratively across the organization, share best practices, and act as a major contributor/leader among peer group.
Responsibilities- Drive sales volume and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned CSR.
- Provide feedback and coaching to CSRs.
- Establish and maintain regular communication with retail partners.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all CSRs and warehouse associates.
- 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management.
- Experience with Encompass data system and other IT systems.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must have clean and valid driving record.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel.
- Ability to prepare presentation materials and present the information one-on-one and in a group.
- A competitive salary range of $71,000—$78,000 USD per year.
