Position Summary
The Boeing Global Supply Chain Team is seeking a Government Property Compliance Manager (Level K) within the Supply Chain Core Operations. The successful candidate will lead the Government Property Engagement and Assessment Team across various locations.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in collaborative environments, working with diverse teams to plan, organize, and execute auditing functions to evaluate processes, procedures, and outcomes. The selected individual will manage a virtual team responsible for conducting compliance audits of Property Management Systems throughout our BDS Supply Chain and BDS sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships as a primary liaison with independent contractors to ensure compliance with company standards regarding asset and material lifecycle.
- Plan and coordinate reviews with relevant team members.
- Analyze and interpret various external procedures related to asset and material management.
- Oversee adherence to process controls and manage cause-and-effect relationships.
- Evaluate and map factors influencing process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with various internal and external organizations to address issues and gaps promptly.
- Stay informed about evolving procedures, regulations, and requirements.
- Provide guidance and training to both internal and external team members.
- Continuously assess internal processes for potential improvements.
Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, requiring the selected candidate to perform some work onsite at designated locations, as determined by the hiring team.
Export Control Compliance:
This position must comply with Export Control requirements, necessitating that the candidate qualifies as a "US Person" as defined by applicable regulations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Government Property Management.
- Proven experience in building relationships and collaborating with employees at all levels, including executives.
- Experience in effective communication with internal and external customers.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in formal and informal roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Membership in NPMA with certifications such as CPPS, CPPA, or CPPM.
- Prior experience in auditing government property management compliance.
- Experience in collaborative team environments, particularly in virtual settings.
- Experience in developing comprehensive plans and schedules.
Travel Requirements:
Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time as necessary.

This position operates on the 1st shift.
