Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement account strategies to maximize revenue potential across a select group of 2-3 Enterprise named accounts and 2-3 prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with current clients to enhance and expand Dynatrace usage while also pursuing new client acquisition within designated accounts.
  • Receive dedicated Sales Engineering support at a 1:1.5 ratio within the region.
  • Engage with VP- and C-level executives to formulate and execute a comprehensive enterprise strategy that optimizes the value provided by Dynatrace, positioning it effectively against competitors.
  • Drive market presence by establishing Dynatrace in both new and existing markets through product demonstrations, targeted events, and account-specific initiatives.
  • Build a robust network of contacts within named accounts and channel partners to facilitate broad and effective sales of Dynatrace solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with various Dynatrace departments, including sales engineering, marketing, legal, and finance, to develop and implement a solution strategy that addresses customer business needs.
  • Ensure the successful implementation of customer solutions, leading to exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in closing enterprise software sales.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to manage sales cycles within complex organizations while expediting decision-making processes.
  • Exceptional communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in enterprise software sales.
  • Experience in nurturing and expanding business relationships.
  • A passion for driving revenue growth in large strategic accounts.
  • Ability to thrive in high-velocity environments and act with urgency.
  • Outstanding organizational and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and tenacious, consistently achieving high performance against quotas, particularly through VP- and C-level relationships.
  • Skilled in internal collaboration across all supporting resources within sales to enhance effectiveness and advance the sales process.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies for managing complex sales cycles (e.g., Challenger Sales, MEDDIC).
  • Experience with Application Performance Management (APM) is a plus but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The compensation range for this position is $260,000 - $330,000, taking into account experience, skills, education, and work location.
