About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Acura Business Development Center team at the Rallye Motor Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and providing exceptional customer service to our luxury clients.

Responsibilities
  • Supplement the sales team by responding to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Schedule sales appointments and log appointments in E-leads, taking note of any special client requests.
  • Promote current sales programs to clients.
  • Field phone and internet inquiries.
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Must have experience working in a Phone Sales or Call Center position.
  • Prior BDC experience with an automotive dealership is highly desirable.
  • Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.
  • Trainable in various computer systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
  • Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
  • Professional personal appearance.
  • Must be available to work weekends.
