We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Acura Business Development Center team at the Rallye Motor Company. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team and providing exceptional customer service to our luxury clients.
Responsibilities- Supplement the sales team by responding to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Schedule sales appointments and log appointments in E-leads, taking note of any special client requests.
- Promote current sales programs to clients.
- Field phone and internet inquiries.
- Work closely with sales representatives to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Must have experience working in a Phone Sales or Call Center position.
- Prior BDC experience with an automotive dealership is highly desirable.
- Outstanding phone presence, able to effectively handle a high volume of both inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Trainable in various computer systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and organization skills.
- Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability.
- Professional personal appearance.
- Must be available to work weekends.
