Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at SMS. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with business owners, presidents, and CEOs to market and secure Business Analysts Survey Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing for appointments and conducting direct sales meetings with business owners to promote our services
  • Directing sales appointments daily to achieve sales goals and expand our business network
  • Communicating with the Business Coordinator to share feedback and new business lead opportunities
  • Reviewing daily successes and challenges with the Sales Manager to gain sales support and guidance

Requirements:

  • At least three years of business ownership experience and/or three years of face-to-face direct sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not necessary; we value relevant experience over a degree
  • Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined with ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing personality with expertise in developing relationships, particularly with business leaders
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to uncover client needs and pain points
  • Ability to begin work immediately

What We Offer:

  • This is a commission-only position with residual income and daily cash bonuses, offering realistic first-year earnings of $100K-$110K
  • Potential to earn high six-figure commissions
