Prism Technical Support Specialist

Aalis Management Consulting, a distinguished 8(a) certified, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB), is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Support Specialist to enhance our PRISM helpdesk operations. Position Details:

- Client: Federal Agency
- Location: Remote
- Clearance: Ability to obtain a Public Trust
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. ET
Key Responsibilities:
The primary goal of this role is to provide exceptional helpdesk support to augment the existing PRISM helpdesk team. The responsibilities include:
- Executing both administrative and technical tasks under supervision.
- Delivering helpdesk support services to ensure the smooth operation of the ESC PRISM system.
- Managing and administering web-based ESC PRISM contract and grant writing systems utilized by numerous agency personnel.
- Offering guidance to management and procurement teams, as well as assisting all users of the ESC PRISM system.
- Overseeing the PRISM Helpdesk for user requests via email and voicemail.
- Monitoring the PRISM Helpdesk inbox and ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
- Troubleshooting issues and reporting system-related anomalies promptly.
- Maintaining a comprehensive database to track and categorize helpdesk requests.
- Participating in monthly departmental meetings to discuss updates and changes to the ESC PRISM system.
- Providing regular status updates to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and helpdesk staff.
Qualifications:
- A four-year bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of five years of experience in procurement systems support services.
- Intermediate knowledge of ESC PRISM or similar federal procurement contract writing systems is desirable.
- Experience in collecting and maintaining work activity data, user guides, and training materials is advantageous.
- Ability to train users on system updates and changes.
- Support for effective use of the ESC PRISM system, including developing procedures and conducting training.
- Experience in data collection and analysis using ESC PRISM reports.
- Assisting in the maintenance and enhancement of the ESC PRISM system.
- Strong understanding of Federal Procurement practices and policies.
