Compensation: $20-21/hr. on W2

The Service Desk Agent serves as the initial point of contact for users reaching out to our IT Service Desk. With a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, the Service Desk Agent manages incoming calls, meticulously documents all interactions in a call tracking system, and utilizes a knowledge base tool alongside their expertise to efficiently resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality technical support to end-users concerning enterprise software and hardware.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of technology and effectively apply that knowledge to support existing systems.
  • Conduct thorough investigation, diagnosis, resolution, and recovery for hardware and software-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Two to five years of relevant experience in a complex, high-tech, and fast-paced work environment.
