Job Summary

Lynx Technology Partners, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our Global Workplace Services End User Computing team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting endpoint management platforms for Windows environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Endpoint Management
    • Design and implement endpoint management solutions for Windows environments.
    • Provide third-level support for endpoint management platforms.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion.
  • IT Governance
    • Develop and maintain IT governance models and standards.
    • Provide input to overall architecture and operational governance.
    • Ensure compliance with defined IR standards and processes.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Design and engineer Microsoft INTUNE solutions.
    • Develop and implement endpoint lifecycle capabilities using Microsoft INTUNE.
    • Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or computer science discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology, including 4+ years of experience designing and developing solutions for modern Windows endpoints.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate effectively across multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience with bringing in state-of-the-art endpoint management capabilities into a large, geographically distributed environment.
  • Demonstrated experience architecting and engineering Microsoft INTUNE solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience with Design Thinking and SAFE Agile methodologies.
  • Technical operations, administration, or engineering background.
