Position Overview:

As the Director of Product Marketing, you will refine product positioning to enhance conversion rates and facilitate the growth of the Globality platform. This position requires collaboration across various departments, including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success, to formulate go-to-market strategies, product launch frameworks, messaging strategies, and user personas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft engaging and distinct messaging, with a comprehensive understanding of the target market, competitive landscape, and relevant use cases.
  • Provide insights into factors influencing customer lifetime value and mentor cross-functional teams on enhancing customer experiences.
  • Equip sales and customer success teams with persuasive presentations and materials to boost sales velocity and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to influence the product development roadmap based on customer feedback, market analysis, and adoption rates.
  • Contribute product expertise and customer insights to channel marketing efforts to drive growth.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and monitor performance against established goals, utilizing data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of proven experience in B2B product marketing; experience in procurement is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in developing and executing strategic product launch plans, including customer segmentation, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, user and buyer persona requirements, and the tools necessary for sales success.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and demonstrating a proactive approach.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a proven track record in storytelling to engage a C-suite audience.
  • Strong communication and presentation capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.

Compensation:

The anticipated annual salary range for this role is $140,000-$200,000. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This range is one aspect of Globality's comprehensive compensation package.
