Position Overview:
As the Director of Product Marketing, you will refine product positioning to enhance conversion rates and expand the Globality platform. This role requires collaboration with key stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to formulate go-to-market strategies, product launch plans, messaging frameworks, and customer personas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft engaging and distinct messaging that reflects a deep understanding of the target audience, competitive landscape, and relevant use cases.
- Offer insights into customer lifetime value drivers and mentor cross-functional partners on enhancing customer experiences.
- Equip the Sales and Customer Success teams with persuasive pitches and materials to accelerate conversion rates.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to influence the product roadmap based on customer insights, market research, and adoption trends.
- Contribute to channel marketing initiatives by providing in-depth product knowledge and customer insights to drive growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives and monitor performance against established goals. Utilize data analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and refine strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Over 10 years of proven experience in B2B product marketing; experience in procurement is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic product launch plans, including customer segmentation, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- In-depth understanding of enterprise sales cycles, user and buyer persona requirements, and the tools sellers need for success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities and maintaining a proactive approach.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, capable of influencing a C-suite audience.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
Compensation:
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $140,000-$200,000. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance. This range is one aspect of Globality's comprehensive compensation package.
