As the Director of Product Management for Conversational Agent Assist, you will spearhead the formulation of a robust product strategy and an intricate roadmap. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring the market success of our innovative AI-driven Agent Assist offerings.
In this pivotal role, you will be an integral member of our elite Global Product Management team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete product management lifecycle from conception to market success, including ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with the global leadership team to establish clear short-term and long-term product strategies relevant to the market.
  • Identify product requirements, develop detailed roadmaps, and create initial design concepts.
  • Work in close partnership with Engineering teams to ensure the roadmap is implemented according to specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Prioritize business needs and translate them into functional and technical product requirements.
  • Conduct continuous analysis of the competitive landscape, perform gap and SWOT analyses, and articulate the unique value proposition of your products.
  • Monitor product pipeline and sales metrics, analyzing growth trends and potential challenges.
  • Gather and assess customer feedback, implementing insights into the product roadmap.
  • Manage Product Documentation and Demos effectively.
  • Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams, participating in sales meetings to present and demonstrate products to enterprise clients and partners.
  • Develop competitive and precise pricing strategies.
  • Promote our innovative products to sales teams, enterprise clients, trusted market analysts, and media partners.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related fields.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering SaaS or web-based products, with at least 5 years in Product Management.
  • Experience in Product Management for Speech Analytics and/or Virtual Voice Assistant products.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in developing products utilizing Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Strong analytical and innovative thinking abilities, along with leadership, problem-solving, project management skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Domain expertise in building and launching solutions for Contact Centers, Conversational Assistants, or Conversational AI.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on detail.
  • Proven capability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Over 4 years of experience managing a product management team.

Compensation Range:
$226,100 - $310,900, based on qualifications and experience.

This role includes a competitive base salary, an annual incentive opportunity based on performance, pre-IPO stock options, and comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Additionally, generous paid time off, holidays, and other leave policies are provided to support employees throughout various life stages.
