Position Overview:

As the Director of Product Management for Conversational Agent Assist, you will spearhead the formulation of a comprehensive product strategy alongside a meticulous roadmap. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the market success of our innovative AI-driven Agent Assist offerings.
In this pivotal role, you will be an integral member of our esteemed, high-performing Global Product Management team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of Product Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete product management lifecycle from conception to market success, including ongoing lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with the global leadership team to establish clear short-term and long-term product strategies relevant to the market or region.
  • Identify product requirements, develop detailed roadmaps, and create initial design concepts.
  • Work in close partnership with Engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation of the roadmap, meeting specifications, quality standards, and timelines for all initiatives.
  • Prioritize business needs and translate them into functional and technical product requirements.
  • Continuously assess the competitive landscape, conduct gap and SWOT analyses, and articulate the unique value proposition of your products.
  • Monitor product pipeline and sales metrics, analyzing growth trends and identifying potential challenges.
  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback, implementing insights into the product roadmap.
  • Manage Product Documentation and Demos effectively.
  • Support Sales and Pre-Sales teams, participating in meetings to present and demonstrate products to enterprise clients and partners.
  • Develop competitive and precise pricing strategies.
  • Promote our innovative products to sales teams, enterprise clients, trusted market analysts, and media partners.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, IT Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in delivering SaaS or web-based products, with at least 5 years in Product Management.
  • Experience in Product Management for Speech Analytics and/or Virtual Voice Assistant solutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience in developing products utilizing Data Science, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Demonstrated analytical and innovative thinking, leadership, problem-solving, project management skills, attention to detail, and outstanding organizational abilities.
  • Domain expertise in creating and launching solutions for Contact Centers, Conversational Assistants, or Conversational AI.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity in a dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on detail.
  • Proven capability to engage and influence senior executives.
  • Over 4 years of experience leading a product management team.

Compensation Package:
$226,100 - $310,900, commensurate with qualifications and experience.

This role offers a competitive base salary, an annual incentive opportunity based on performance, pre-IPO stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching contributions, generous paid time off, holidays, and additional leave policies to support employees throughout various life stages.
