Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with business owners and property managers to drive growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through a systematic business development process.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients using marketing materials and education on the importance of being prepared for disasters.
  • Monitor and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Monitor loss activity and priority responding to generate work from warm lead opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve sales territory goals and increase revenue.
  • Attend and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
  • Experience with commercial sales and marketing within the commercial service sector.
  • Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
