Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our commercial sales team, you will be responsible for developing and fostering relationships with business owners and property managers to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new commercial prospects through a systematic business development process.
- Cultivate relationships with clients using marketing materials and education on the importance of being prepared for disasters.
- Monitor and follow up on assigned jobs to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor loss activity and priority responding to generate work from warm lead opportunities.
- Consistently achieve sales territory goals and increase revenue.
- Attend and promote marketing, networking, and continuing education events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of progressively responsible business-to-business sales experience.
- Experience with commercial sales and marketing within the commercial service sector.
- Strong sales, customer service, and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of current business software technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business or equivalent experience.
