Job Title: Sales and Business Development Representative

As a Sales and Business Development Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business sales for our company. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve annual new business sales goals by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth within current customer accounts.
  • Utilize our customer relationship management tool to manage all sales-related activities, including opportunities, customer visits, and estimates.
  • Collaborate with the management team and customer service representatives to ensure seamless sales operations.
  • Travel as required to develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of label or printing sales experience with a proven track record of new and existing customer sales growth.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptably clean motor vehicle record (MVR).
  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling techniques, including securing face-to-face meetings with decision makers, debunking common sales objections, and closing deals.
  • Proven ability to close sales and drive territory sales growth.
