Job Overview

Superior Contracting & Maintenance, a prominent entity in the construction sector, is on the lookout for a Pest Management Specialist. In this role, you will take charge of identifying and eradicating pests, insects, and rodents from residential properties. You will collaborate closely with Superior's Property Management division to ensure a safe and healthy living environment for tenants and homeowners.

For over 14 years, Superior has been a trusted provider of property management services, known for delivering clear communication and quality repairs promptly. Our extensive range of services encompasses roofing, flooring, kitchen and bath renovations, comprehensive rehabs, plumbing and electrical repairs, landscaping, and much more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of properties and offer recommendations for pest control strategies.
  • Identify and effectively eliminate various pests, insects, and rodents.
  • Maintain precise records of services rendered and provide detailed reports to clients.
  • Communicate efficiently with account managers and dispatch personnel.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Stay informed about the latest pest control techniques and industry trends.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and tools utilized for pest control services.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pest Control License is required.
  • General Liability insurance is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pest control or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification in pest control is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of pest identification, biology, and behavior.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be currently residing in the U.S.
