  • Reconcile billed amounts to amounts paid by the group or member and identify any discrepancies.

  • Apply COBRA rules to ensure compliance with regulations and minimize financial penalties.

**Requirements:**

  • 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
