Job Summary:

Global Channel Management, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and audit labor compliance programs to ensure adherence to DIR-accepted practices.
  • Maintain certified payroll systems, including LCPtracker, and verify accurate wage payments.
  • Develop and deliver customer reports, collecting and organizing data to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in maintaining databases for equipment history, status, work order management, and preventative maintenance scheduling.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in workforce contract compliance, with a strong background in labor compliance.
  • Certified payroll experience, including proficiency in LCPtracker.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in workforce contract compliance, with a focus on data collection, document generation, and regulatory compliance.
