Total Life-cycle Acquisition Management Support Lead

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Acquisition Management Professional to support the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) CLOVER program offices.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all contract and subcontract activities related to performance, ensuring compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and supplements from the DoD, IC, and Agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Program Manager (PM) office.
  • Drive regular and consistent communication and information sharing with the team.
  • Identify and keep the team informed of relevant contractor-related information, especially significant risks and issues and their associated resolution plans and status.
  • Provide guidance and assurance to the Government to support compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation and supplements from the DoD, IC, and Agency.
  • Develop policies and procedures for standardizing and expediting NGA acquisitions.
  • Assess current contracts, acquisition trends from other agencies' software development and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) integration contracts, and identify opportunities for implementing acquisition reform principles.
  • Provide acquisition assistance to engineering review boards and configuration management boards, including Request for Change (RFC) preparation, technical review, and coordination.
Requirements
  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (TS/SCI).
  • Extensive knowledge/experience in specific position duties.
Working Conditions

May be required to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility.
