Job Summary

The successful Subject Matter Experts will be responsible for supporting all contract and subcontract activities related to evaluating and documenting the current business, its management and the general work processes as well as identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and maintain regular communication with key stakeholders at the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Program Manager (PM) office.
  • Drive regular and consistent communication and information sharing with the team.
  • Identify and keep the team informed of relevant contractor-related information, especially significant risks and issues and their associated resolution plans and status.
  • Manage proper communication, resolution plans and status briefing/reports.
  • Evaluate and document the current business, its management and the general work processes as well as identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop plans and make recommendations to assist in the transition of business processes and the implementation of new processes.
  • Make recommendations to coordinate and facilitate implementation of techniques to change organizational behavior that result in improved organizational performance.
  • Drive strategic messaging to key stakeholders and leadership officials within the agency and to key National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) partners.
  • Assess manpower issues and provide reports for Government determinations and recommend best practices for strategic workforce plans.
Requirements:
  • Top Secret (TS) security clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) (TS/SCI).
  • Extensive knowledge/experience in specific position duties.
Working Conditions:
  • May be required to travel within the organizational geographic area of responsibility.
