Position Overview
The Account Executive will play a crucial role in managing and expanding both new and existing client relationships within our PCB and PCBA sales division.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
2. Identify and cultivate new client accounts while nurturing and enhancing relationships with current clients through consistent communication and rapport building.
3. Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
4. Provide precise sales forecasts and maintain updated pipeline reports.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, ideally within the PCB and PCBA sectors.
- Strong knowledge of PCB and PCBA sales processes.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects concurrently.
- A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related discipline.
