About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer experience
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least three years of outside sales experience, preferably in a construction industry setting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently
