Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Develop and maintain exceptional client relationships for a portfolio of commercial landscape customers, providing proactive communication and planning daily operational plans to ensure leaders and front-line crews execute the client's scope of work.
  • Financial: Own and develop internal team budgets, maintain desired profit margins, and track job progress to facilitate complete and timely billing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with prior operations experience at a top 50 commercial landscape organization preferred
  • Minimum 1-2 years of team management experience
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or Field Service Management software solutions for the green industry
  • Prior experience establishing, implementing, and measuring KPIs
  • Excellent track record in establishing and maintaining client relationships
  • Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Proven ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Willingness to work long hours, including overtime and weekends, and assist with other projects as required
  • Good judgment and strong work ethic
  • Possess a valid and clean Florida driver's license
  • Possess pertinent physical requirements commensurate with the job
