Role Summary:

In this pivotal role, reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Lead Product Marketing Strategist, Growth will spearhead the formulation and implementation of go-to-market strategies and product launches. This encompasses our primary enterprise and platform offerings for Human Capital Management, along with our Adoption Funnel. This position is crucial as it bridges the Product and Commercial teams, enabling DailyPay to meet its sales targets effectively.

Your role will empower you to think and act both strategically and tactically, from the conception of product ideas to the development of comprehensive launch plans. You are a proactive individual, detail-oriented, and thrive in dynamic environments. As a narrative-driven marketer, you utilize data to shape your product marketing strategies. Collaboration is key, and you will enjoy engaging with stakeholders across the organization.

  • Product Expansion - Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, design teams, and others to pinpoint opportunities for enhancing program adoption among employees through testing, learning, and iterating.
  • Product Strategy Development - Work closely with product managers from the initial idea stage to create, own, and advocate for go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product features, incorporating insights and research to justify developments and defining launch strategies.
  • Strategic Planning & Execution - Lead quarterly planning and assess the anticipated business impact of your product marketing initiatives and campaigns, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to conclusion.
  • GTM Strategy & Product Launch - Introduce new features, capabilities, and significant products within a growing portfolio, collaborating with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, marketers, and sales personnel.
  • Product Messaging & Positioning - Craft compelling product positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies that resonate with prospects and customers, advocating for DailyPay and its industry-leading solutions. Develop value propositions and key messaging for every customer interaction, from initial engagement to sales and support.
  • Customer Personas - Gain a profound understanding of potential and existing partners and employees through both traditional and innovative customer research methodologies.
  • Sales Enablement - Partner with Enablement teams to equip the field with the necessary information to enhance sales effectiveness, support managers in portfolio growth, and improve customer support.
  • Customer Insights - Develop a comprehensive understanding of our customers and DailyPay's market value proposition; establish scalable feedback mechanisms for product and marketing teams and synthesize insights across various feedback channels.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, or Management Consulting.
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing with a focus on market introduction.
  • Background in B2B SaaS and Payments.
  • Exceptional time management, prioritization, and project management capabilities.
  • Strong writing, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Adaptability to learn quickly and adjust to evolving needs.
  • A collaborative, driven, and ambitious mindset.
