Job Description

The Growth Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, e-commerce strategy & optimization, and data-driven decision-making to unlock new opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design and implement growth strategies across multiple channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead Revenue Growth Initiatives: Lead initiatives to increase revenue, market share, and customer lifetime value through innovative marketing and business development approaches.
  • Analyze and Optimize Customer Funnels: Analyze and optimize customer funnels to enhance conversion and retention rates.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with the product team to ensure alignment between product features and growth initiatives, driving product-led growth.
  • Identify New Market Opportunities: Identify new market opportunities and lead strategic initiatives to expand the company's presence in key markets.
  • Measure and Report Key Metrics: Measure, report, and communicate key growth metrics to stakeholders, providing actionable insights for business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the E-commerce or Retail industry.
  • Strong Background: Strong background in growth marketing, product management, or business development, with a focus on driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Exceptional Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and turn insights into actionable strategies.
