Job Overview

The Product Marketing Strategist at Trustmi Network Ltd. plays a crucial role in orchestrating initiatives aimed at enhancing awareness, comprehension, and expansion of Trustmi's platform. This individual collaborates closely with both the marketing and product teams, ensuring that the voice of the customer is effectively represented while supporting the execution of the go-to-market strategy and the ongoing customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive landscape with clarity.
  • Facilitate market segmentation and persona development, grounded in thorough audience research.
  • Articulate clear product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Create engaging content across various formats, including websites, sales enablement tools, and client presentations.
  • Ensure alignment among key stakeholders, including Product Management, Engineering, Design, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Act as a strong advocate for the product, engaging with both internal teams and the external market through events and analyst relations.
  • Oversee the product launch process and develop materials to introduce new features.
  • Generate sales enablement resources and training programs.
  • Produce thought leadership and product-related content, such as blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, videos, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist the product team in enhancing customer retention and product adoption.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in product marketing, particularly within SaaS environments.
  • Strong competencies in marketing, particularly in positioning, messaging, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Proven experience in channel development and management is advantageous.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence across various functions.
  • Experience working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Communications teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, visual) for both internal and customer-facing interactions.
  • Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of interpreting data and qualitative research to derive actionable insights.
