Senior Sales Director, Aviation Partnerships

The Senior Sales Director, Aviation Partnerships plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying new revenue streams and developing strategic partnerships. This individual should excel in creating demand and revenue opportunities for XO, leveraging their exceptional sales acumen and industry expertise.
About the Role:
- Responsible for managing and growing current accounts, fostering strong relationships with clients, peers, and partners.
- Generate new revenue and memberships through referrals and prospecting efforts.
- Identify opportunities that yield revenue and incremental profits.
- Provide tailored membership and trip options to clients, offering expert advice and guidance.
- Oversee the client experience, collaborating with Account Management to deliver seamless service.
- Escalate any client service disruptions to Leadership as necessary.
- Maintain a minimum of $10 million in quarterly revenue and sell two deposits per month.
- Achieve a 90% primary revenue retention rate.
- Understand customer needs and articulate options to best suit individual requirements.
- Ensure operators meet quality assurance standards, delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage contracts and negotiate terms.
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and materials.
- Consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Embody the role of a trusted peer, mentor, and coach.
- Promote the brand and serve as an ambassador of the XO Culture.
- Collaborate across the organization:
- Communicate pipeline and client retention status with leadership.
- Effectively communicate with leadership, clients, and team members.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of sales experience, with private aviation experience preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Outstanding customer service and orientation skills.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation skills and regional experience.
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and ambitious.
This position comes with a salary range of $80,000 - $90,000, with an on-target earnings package of up to $150,000.
