Our Mission

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage data entry for lead generation processes
  • Oversee and deliver reporting on sales pipeline and lead status
  • Manage email workflow for new client onboarding, and create follow-up schedules
  • Maintain consistent check-ins with clients through project completion
  • Communicate client requests internally to ensure timely responses for meeting requests and EarthCam University class applications
  • Capture and document positive client feedback, and request permissions for marketing and PR use
  • Maintain weekly reporting for clients who use third-party software integration
  • Track positive and negative product feedback and escalate relevant issues to product management team

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, Technology is preferred

  • The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
