Sales Engineer

EarthCam is a global leader in providing webcam content, technology, and services. We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and technology, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for managing data entry for lead generation processes, overseeing and delivering reporting on sales pipeline and lead status, and managing email workflow for new client onboarding.
The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining consistent check-ins with clients through project completion, communicating client requests internally to ensure timely responses, and capturing and documenting positive client feedback.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently and see tasks through to completion
- Comfortable working as part of a team
- Good communicator – both verbally and in writing
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized
- A problem solver
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Systems, Technology is preferred
- Experience in sales and the technology field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and sales skills
- The ability to relate technical information to nontechnical customers
- Excellent technical and problem-solving skills
